Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unassembled: The case must not be assembled or altered in any way.
- Unmodified: The case must not have any modifications, including drilling, cutting, or painting.
- In its original packaging: The case and all its original packaging materials must be included.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Please contact us to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Refund: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.
Please note: Custom orders are non-refundable.
Additional Considerations
- Shipping Errors: If we shipped you the wrong item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send you the correct item.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your shipping carrier for assistance.
